John Engleman's Green Bean Almondine
Our Weekend Sports Anchor shares on of his holiday favorites!
- 4 cups green beans, cut
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 stick of butter
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
Steam beans for 10-15 minutes. Melt butter in pan, add garlic and almonds. Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat or until almonds are dark.
