  • 3 prepared loaves of corn bread (use packages)
  • 2 loaves of white bread (old but not moldy)
  • 8-10 8 oz. cans of chicken broth
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • sage
  • salt & pepper


    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop onion. Beat eggs. Pour 8 cans of chicken broth in a big pot. Crumble white bread and corn bread into the same pot. Add onion, eggs, salt & pepper to taste. Add 1 to 2 handfuls of sage (be careful not to turn the mixture green). Use a potato masher to mash all of the ingredients together. Add more chicken broth if consistency is thicker than a thin milkshake. Pour mixture in a large baking pan. Bake in prepared oven for 1 ½ - 2 hours.
