Tom Miller's Black Eyed Peas Salad - For Good Luck

Tom shares his good-luck recipe for the New Year!

Ingredients


  • 2 cans black eyed peas, drained
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 1 can olives
  • equal parts olive oil and herb vinegar, mixed
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • thyme, rosemary, oregano, or Italian seasoning
  • garlic

    Mix and let chill. Enjoy and Happy New Year!
