- 1 tablespoon Extra-Virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 2-4 oz. grated pepper jack cheese
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 8 large fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and butterflied (don’t cut all the way through)
Cook sausage, onions, and chilies in olive oil over medium high heat. Grate cheese and cook for 10-15 minutes. Stuff jalapenos and roll in crescent. Cook at 350 degrees and serve with guacamole and sour cream mixture.
