White Chocolate Brownie with Raspberry-Wine Sauce
Ingredients
Brownie Ingredients
- 4 squares of unsweetened baking white chocolate
- 3/4 cup of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of shaved almonds
Raspberry-Wine Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 3 cups of berries (you can use frozen)
- 1/2 stick of butter
Directions
Brownies
Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour and almonds, stir until well-blended. Spread into greased 13x19 baking pan. Bake 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake! Cool in pan.
Raspberry-Wine Sauce
Over medium heat, melt butter and sugar. Add berries and wine. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Spoon over brownie. Top with shaved chocolate.
