Ingredients
- sirloin steak
- 8 oz. sour cream
- two 7 oz. cans of chopped green chilies
- 1 oz. pasteurized cheese
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 a diced red pepper
- Spanish rice
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
Directions
Grill the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except rice. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes. Drizzle sauce over steak.
