Green Chili Sirloin

Ingredients


  • sirloin steak
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • two 7 oz. cans of chopped green chilies
  • 1 oz. pasteurized cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 a diced red pepper
  • Spanish rice
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream

Directions

Grill the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except rice. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes. Drizzle sauce over steak.
