Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients

1 pkg. white cornbread mix
1 pkg. yellow or Mexican cornbread mix
1-1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 cup jalapenos, chopped
1 cup Mexican style cheese, shredded

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a sprayed pan. Bake at 400 for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let the cornbread rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot!
