Heart Healthy Chicken & Peppers


1-lb. chicken strips, cut into 2" bites
1 cup sliced red pepper
1 cup sliced green pepper
1 cup sliced red onion
4 TBS. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin


In a large skillet over medium-high heat, grill chicken in oil and spices
until golden brown, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peppers and sauté with chicken for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot!
