Ingredients
- 4 cups of sliced prepared zucchini, cooked until tender crisp
- tablespoon lemon juice
- dash of salt
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoon of cream of tarter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- dash of nutmeg
Directions
Toss together the zucchini, lemon juice and salt. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then combine. Put in 9” pie shell, top with a second pie shell. Dot with butter and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
