Ingredients
- 20 small red potatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs. sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 pieces of crisp bacon, cubed
- 1/8 cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Directions
Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork-tender. Drain and cool. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except sour cream), add potatoes. Fold in sour cream. Chill 30 minutes and serve.
