Ingredients

• 9" Deep dish pie crust


• 6 large eggs


• 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream


• 1 cup sliced mushrooms


• 1/2 lb. shaved smoked ham


• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


• 1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper


• 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper


• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder



Directions

In a large bowl, beat eggs with whipping cream and spices. Layer mushrooms, ham, and cheese in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
