Karen's Spinach Dip
Ok, so Lisanne lost the OU- Texas bet last week. That means this week, she's cooking! And as she does every night with her own family, it's something simple and easy. If you love "the munchies" type food this is for you. Perfect for a party or just to snack on out of the fridge. By the way, she stole the recipe from her Mother-in-Law!

- 1 Pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 1 Large Bread Bowl
Drain and Squeeze Spinach to remove excess water.
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cut the center out of the bread and scoop dip into center. Serve chilled with crackers.
Cathy's tip: Add chopped red peppers and onions. You can also make it a meal: Try adding chopped grilled chicken or shrimp!
