Amaretto Pecan Pie with Cream Cheese

Ingredients


  • 1 Pie Crust (15 ounce)

  • 8 Oz Softened Cream Cheese

  • 3 Large Eggs

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 3/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup

  • 2 TBS. Butter Melted

  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt

  • 1 1/2 Cups Pecan Halves

  • 1/2 Cup Amaretto

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into Pie Crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 -55 minutes until center is cent.

Tip of the week: When pie is close to done, take out and shake gently to see if center is still soft or set.
