Sundried Tomato Tort


  • 1/2 c (or 6 oz) sundried tomatoes

  • 1 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 4 oz Feta - flavored (or goat cheese)

  • 1/4 c butter (unsalted)

  • 2-3 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 c parsley


Line a form pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Moisten tomatoes with warm water enough to make them soft and spread into bottom of pan. In a food processor combine 8 oz of cream cheese with butter, garlic and a portion of your parmesan cheese. Process until creamy and spread on top of tomatoes. Back to your food processor with remaining cream cheese add the rest of your parmesan cheese and parsley, combine then spread into pan. Chill until firm. flip out of pan onto serving tray. Serve with crackers or bread.
