White Bean Turkey Soup



  • 4 cups leftover turkey or ham, cubed

  • 2 cans white beans with juice

  • 32 oz. chicken broth

  • 2 cups diced celery

  • 2 cups peeled baby carrots

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream


In a large sauce pan over medium-high heat, bring broth to a boils. Add al other ingredients. Stir to incorporate. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Ladel soup into a soughdough bread bowl.

Tip: Don't stir too often. Doing this will break the cream.
