Bourbon Meatballs

Ingredients


  • 1 pkg pre-cooked meatballs, frozen

  • 1/4 cup Bourbon

  • **4 TBS. Brown Sugar (if you like it really sweet)

  • 3 TBS. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 4 TBS Ketchup

  • 4 TBS Spicy Mustard

  • 4 TBS Honey

  • 1 Bottle Steak Sauce

Directions

In a large pan, over medium -high heat, add frozen meatballs to oil. Add Bourbon and stir for one minute. Add all other ingredients. Lower heat and stir. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.



Tip of the Week: You can do these in a crockpot on low setting for up to four hours.
