Creamy Chicken Salsa


1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can chopped green chilies with chopped tomatoes
1 8 -oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder


In a skillet over medium to high heat, grill chicken breast in extra virgin olive oil. Top one side of the chicken with spices. When chicken is done, set aside an cube. In the same skillet, melt cream cheese with chilies and tomatoes. Fold in chicken Serve with lime flavored chips.
