Italian Chicken


2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
**Zeis Spice
(1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper)
1 small can black olives sliced
4 TBS. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Pod Fresh Garlic, chopped
2 TBS Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 TBS dried basil
1 TBS Dried Oregano
1/2 cup Chardonnay wine


Grill chicken in 2 TBS of oil over medium heat. Season 1 side of chicken with "Zeis Spice" remove chicken when done and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil, chopped garlic, cilantro, olives and wine. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Drizzle sauce over chicken and enjoy!
