Ingredients

1 can of biscuits
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 b. Italian sausage
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 TBS. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage in olive oil until done. About ten minutes. Add garlic powder. Stir. After opening the can of biscuits, flatten each biscuit into rounds. Spread tomato sauce on to the biscuit.. Top with 2 TBS sausage and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10- 12 minutes.
