Sirloin Tips with Spicy Lime Sauce


2 petite sirloins, cubed (about 2" thick per cube)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
4TBS. extra virgin olive oil

1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp lime juice
2 TBS Dijon mustard


In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add cubed steak to oil and add spices. Stir occasionally until meat is done to desired temperature. *About 7 minutes for medium. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce. Pour sauce over steak tips and simmer for 1 minute. Serve hot.
