Ingredients

1 lb ground sirloin
1-4 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 pkg baked dinner rolls
1- 8oz carton fresh coleslaw
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Chipolte Seasoning
4 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

In a large bowl, mix ground sirloin with Worcestershire
sauce, Chipotle seasoning and blue cheese. Stir to
incorporate. Using your hands, mold burgers to fit the
dinner rolls. On a hot grill or in a large skillet over
high heat, cook burgers in olive oil. Cook on each side
about five minutes or until done. Spoon 1 TBS of coleslaw
on the bottom half of the roll and top with blue cheese
and Chipotle burger. Top with other half of dinner roll.
