Crepes a la Fruit

Ingredients
1 package prepared crepes
1 fresh plumb, chopped
1 fresh peach, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 TBS butter
1/2 cup white wine *non-alcoholic is fine
1 8oz tub soft creme cheese
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add fruit, sugar and vanilla. Stir to incorporate. Lower heat, and add wine. Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Cook crepes according to package directions. Spead creme cheese over crepe. Roll crepe and top with sauce. Serve hot.
