St. Patrick's Pear Delight -Chef Cathy Zeis

Ingredients

1 pkg dessert cups
2 fresh pears, diced
1 - 8 oz carton soft or whipped cream cheese
1 TBS butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions


In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced pears and brown sugar. Stir to incorporate. Add cream cheese and cinnamon. Stir until cream cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla and let simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Spoon pear mixture into a dessert cup and top with green whipped topping.

**Green Whipped Topping: Mix whipped topping with 1 TBS green food coloring
