Greek Chicken with Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives, Feta

Ingredients
Greek Seasoning salt
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp dried mint
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 tsp Greek seasoning salt, divided
1 tsp olive oil
1 TBS garlic
1 green pepper, cored , seeded and sliced
1 yellow pepper, cored, seeded and sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced
3 TBS kalamata olives
3 TBS feta cheese, crumbled
2 TBS capers
Directions
Heat in a large skillet over medium heat and add chicken, sautéing for 3 or 4 minutes until cooked. Add peppers and cook another 2 minutes. Mix in tomatoes, olives, capers and Greek seasoning. Sauté until all is thoroughly cooked.
Serve over whole wheat pasta with feta cheese crumbles.
