Kick-Off Dip

Ingredients

1-lb. all natural breakfast sausage from Dominion Farms www.dfmeats.com
1-16 oz. jar Chef Cathy's Chunky Corn Salsa
1-16 oz. tub whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup marinated roasted red peppers, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
2 TBS. Tabasco sauce
1 bag chips


Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage. Add cream cheese and stir to incorporate. Add Chef Cathy's Chunky Corn Salsa, red peppers, jalapenos, and Tabasco sauce. Lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Spoon dip into a serving bowl and top with cheddar cheese. Serve with hot with chips.
