Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 cup mayo
1 cup diced green chilis
1-7.5 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the mayo, green chilies, artichocke hearts, and grated parmesan cheese. Spray a small pan with cooking spray and spoon in artichoke mixture. Top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Serve with celery stalks or vegetable crackers.
