2 slabs of ribs *Works well with chicken and steak too!
3 TBS. bourbon
2 TBS. garlic powder
2 TBS. Red pepper flakes
Juice of 1-1/2 limes
Place the ribs in a non-reactive pan and set aside. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Pour the marinade over the ribs and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill the ribs over a hot grill for 5 minutes then turn. Repeat process twice, adding more marinade with each turn.
