A great salsa dish that will spice up any meal, especially fish or pork!
1 fresh mango, cubed
1 cup onion, chopped
4 TBS. cilantro
1 red jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 green jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 Roma tomato, chopped
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients. Stir well and chill for 20 minutes before serving.
