Smoked Sausage Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. hot Italian sausage; sliced 1 inch thick
  • 1 bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 ears of corn; broken into quarters
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 zucchinis; sliced about an inch thick
  • 6 large mushrooms

    Directions

    1. Marinate the sausage in the dressing for about six hours, build your skewers alternating sausage and vegetables.



    2. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting occasionally.



    3. Before grilling, submerge the corn in boiling water for two minutes.
