Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise



    Frosting


  • 1-- 2 lb. bag powdered sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tub chocolate frosting ready to spread

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees



    2. Mix all ingredients above. Bake 18 to 23 minutes. For cup cakes or until toothpick comes out clean.
