Harvest Time Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 med. Onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes, with liquid
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can Fiesta Nacho cheese
2-3 med. potatoes, sliced thin
2 lbs. Flour
2 cups (frozen or canned mixed vegetables
6-8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
Directions
1. In large bowl, combine beef, onion, tomatoes, salt and Worcestershire
sauce. Pat into a greased 2 or 3 qt. Casserole.
2. Layer with potatoes, flour and mixed vegetables. Pour Fiesta Nacho Cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees, covered for 45-55 minutes.
3. Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for another 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
4. You may precook all ingredients and layer them in a casserole dish and cook for about 20 minutes.
