Cinnamon - Raisin French Toast

Ingredients

1 loaf cinnamon- raisin bread, sliced
3 large eggs
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

In a large bowl, beat eggs, cream and cinnamon together. Spray a large pan and place over medium -high heat. Dip one slice of bread into the egg mixture. Completely cover. Place bread in hot pan and cook for 2 minutes per side. Flip bread and repeat. Top with warm cream cheese sauce.

Sauce
1/2 cup syrup
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1 tsp nutmeg

In a microwave safe bowl, heat syrup and cream cheese on high for 30 seconds. Stir to combine and add nutmeg.
