Perfect for holiday gatherings and dinners!

1 large red pepper, choppped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 16 oz. bag of white corn
1 8 oz. bag of shredded cheddar jack
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Emeril's original essence

Directions
Spray 9x13" pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine first five ingredients. Beat eggs with milk and seasoning. Pour egg mixture over top and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
