Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans rinsed
  • 1 can chick peas rinsed
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 small onion - diced
  • 2 jalapenos - seeded and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves - minced
  • 1 TBS cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 2 cans vegetable broth
  • 1 can water

    Directions

    Combine all ingredients into Crock pot. Cook on low for several hours until desired consistency.
