Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients


  • 1 2/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 tablespoon whip cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Your Favorite Topping

    Directions

    Melt butter with cream. Stir constantly until butter has melted. Then pour over chocolate chips in mixing bowl. Mix until smooth, then add vanilla extract. Refrigerate until fudgy (30 minutes), then make tablespoon portions. Refrigerate for an hour, then roll into balls. To finish, roll into your favorite topping.
