Charlie's Key Lime Tart

Ingredients


  • 1- 9 inch frozen pie crust
  • 1 box instant key lime pudding
  • 3 fresh kiwis
  • 2 large mangos
  • 10 large fresh strawberries
  • 3 fresh mint leaves



Directions

Cook pie shell according to directions. Let cool completely. In large bowl mix key lime pudding according to directions. Once the pie shell is cooled, and the pudding is set, spoon the pudding into the shell. Slice all fruit about a 1/2 inch thick. Start with kiwis, and start from the top and work in a circle. The second circle will be with the mangos, then the strawberries, topped by the fresh mint leaf.
