Artichoke Squares

Ingredients


  • 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 6 crushed saltine crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Tabasco, 1/4-1/2 tsp.
  • 4 eggs


Directions

In a medium pan, saute' green onions over medium heat in oil. Use just enough oil to lightly cover the bottom of the pan. Add all other mixture into pan and pour eggs on top. Bake 35 minutes at 350.
