- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 1 pod Roast Garlic
- 3 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- Dash Salt
- 3 Grinds Pepper
Directions
Marinate the Halibut right before cooking on a very hot grill. Cook about 2 minutes on each side according to thickness.
