Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean, ground chili meat
- 1 package Wick Fowler chili peppers
- 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 large avocado, chopped
- 1 large white onion
- 1 large red onion
- 1 jar sliced jalapeno
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 pound package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large bag Fritos Chips
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the chili meat and drain any grease. Follow the directions of the chili package. When chili is done, cover the bottom of a bowl with Fritos and top with cheese. Spoon chili over cheese. Top again with cheese. Add mixed onions, diced tomatoes, avocadoes, and top with jalapenos.
