Barbecue Beef on Cornbread
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 can (10 oz.) Mexican corn, drained
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Brown ground chuck and drain. Add tomatoes, with juice, Mexican corn, drained, barbeque sauce, and chili powder. Simmer and pour over corn bread.
