Barbecue Beef on Cornbread

Ingredients


  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 can (10 oz.) Mexican corn, drained
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

    Directions

    Brown ground chuck and drain. Add tomatoes, with juice, Mexican corn, drained, barbeque sauce, and chili powder. Simmer and pour over corn bread.
