Cinnamon Toast Cookies


  • 16 slices Mrs. Baird's Bread (White Bread and Raisin Bread)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons colored sugar sprinkles


Cut bread into festive shapes using cookie cutters. Brush a thin layer of melted butter over each shape. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over bread shapes. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 5 minutes, or until lightly toasted. In a medium bowl, beat the cream chese, marshmallow cream, strawberries and powdered sugar, using an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed, until blended. Spread mixture on cinnamon toast shapes and decorate with sprinkles.
