Ingredients
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
Spray a large baking pan. Add fish and top with all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve Hot.
Seasoned Croutons were used as a topping; place a cup of croutons in a zip loc bag and crush. Generously top fish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until fish starts to flake on the edges. Serve with steamed broccoli and a side salad.
