Butter Buds/Canola Oil Pie Crust

Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup white flour + 1 -1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt or salt substitute
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup liquid Butter Buds
  • 2 Tbsp. water (more if needed to moisten ingredients)

    Directions

    Mix together in food processor (may be done by hand). Divide in half. Press ball of dough into flattend round on waxed paper. Cover with waxed paper and roll out 2 inches larger than pie pan. Peel off top paper. Place in pan with paper side up. Peel off paper. Press into pan. Trim and flute edges. Or you may spray pan and press one half the dough into pan with fingers. Regrigerate or freeze other half of dough.
