Salad Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients


  • 4 medium tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2-1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 large pods garlic, chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 pound salad shrimp, thawed and rinsed
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 shakes Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
  • 2 large, ripe avocadoes, diced



    Directions

    Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Best if prepared the night before. Serve with chips or toast rounds.
