Cathy's Corn Casserole

Ingredients


  • 1 lb. frozen corn
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 5 eggs, mixed with 1/2 cup milk
  • 16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 25 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder



    Directions

    Spray a casserole pan with non-stick spray. Mix ingredients together. Cover your casserole dish and cook at 375 degrees for one hour.
