Orange Roughy with Parmesan and Green Onion Topping
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless orange roughy
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- Dash of Tabasco pepper sauce
Directions
Place fillets in greased glass baking dish; brush with lemon and let sit 10 minutes. Broil 4 inches from heat until they almost flake. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture on fish. Broil 2 to 3 minutes longer until topping is golden.
