Orange Roughy with Parmesan and Green Onion Topping

Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless orange roughy
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • Dash of Tabasco pepper sauce




    Directions

    Place fillets in greased glass baking dish; brush with lemon and let sit 10 minutes. Broil 4 inches from heat until they almost flake. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture on fish. Broil 2 to 3 minutes longer until topping is golden.
