Milano Chicken

Ingredients


  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon crushed basil
  • 1/8 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 - 14-1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 - 16 oz. can italian green beans
  • 1/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk

    Directions

    Rub chicken with garlic. Sprinkle with basil and red pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Brown chicken in skillet with olive oil. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook over medium heat, 8 to 10 min. or until liquid slightly thickens and chicken is tender. Add milk and green beans. Stir till heated through.
