In large bowl combine meat, breadcrumbs, 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well. Form into 3/4" meatballs. Brown meatballs in Dutch oven over medium heat, turning frequently. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except zucchini and Parmesan cheese. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add zucchini and cook covered 5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp tender and pasta is soft. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
